Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679

According to the art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter the “Privacy Code”) and of art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter
“GDPR 2016/679”), laying down provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we wish to
inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned law and of the confidentiality obligations
which LinkFashion Sarl is holding

1. Data controller

The Data Controller is LinkFashion S.a.r.l. in the person of the President and legal representative for the time Anna Silva Lüthi domiciled for the
office in Via Malpighi, 8 (Milan)

2. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Alessandro Polastri in Via Malpighi, 8 (Milan). Linkfashion S.a.r.l. only collects the data that the model voluntarily provides. Among the data voluntarily provided by the user, personal data may be acquired such as:

• Name and surname;
• Fiscal Code;
• e-mail address;
• telephone contact;
• photographic material (Polaroid, professional photos), useful for the promotion of the Model;
• useful information for accounting purposes to provide payments (IBAN, VAT number) etc ..
Among the navigation data on our website (ww.linkfashion.eu) can be collected:
• IP addresses;
• URI addresses – Uniform Resource Identifier – of the requested resources;
• time and method used to formulate requests to the server;
• numeric code about the status of the response made by the server (successful, error, etc.); etc.

The navigation data are related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user whose transmission is implicit in the use of
Internet communication protocols.

Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, by their nature
they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

3. Purpose of the processing

LinkFashion S.a.r.l. treats personal data that the user has provided through the Website or other methods such as direct contact (casting on site) or indirect (e-
mail, telephone). In particular, personal data may be used for the following purposes:

• provision of the services and functions of the Agency: LinkFashion S.a.r.l. collects and processes the personal data of the user to
provide all the services, such as communicating the details of the casting or work performance via e-mail or Whatsapp.

• archiving and protection on our Google Drive database (protected by password changed monthly in the section “Consent Register” with
weekly backup on the company Intranet based on Icloud Drive;

• Communications to Customers and / or Suppliers of details useful for the performance of the Model’s representation services by the
Agency.

LinkFashion S.a.r.l. uses a third-party tool (ie Google Analytics) for statistical and marketing purposes only. However, the data is managed in a
completely anonymised form.

These data are used only to obtain statistical information not associated with any identification data of the user on
the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

LinkFashion S.a.r.l. will not use the data provided for purposes other than those listed above, to which the interested user has adhered, and only

within the limits indicated from time to time in any further specific information accompanying the different, specific service possibly requested by
the user .
User data will never be sold or rented by LinkFashion S.a.r.l. to third parties. The Model is the sole owner of your data and can request modification
or cancellation at any time: see the section on “rights of the interested party” below.

3. Treatment and conservation methods
The processing will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and
Annex B of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (articles 33-36 of the Code) concerning security measures, by specially appointed parties and in
compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR 2016/679.
We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimization of data, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR
2016/679, subject to your free and explicit consent expressed at the bottom of this information, your personal data will be kept for the period of
time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and processed.

4. Scope of communication and dissemination

We also inform you that the data collected will never be disclosed and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for the
necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public companies, consultants or other subjects for the fulfillment of legal
obligations.

5. Special categories of personal data

Pursuant to Articles 26 and 27 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation n. 2016/679, you could assign to the data
controller data that can be classified as “special categories of personal data”, ie data that reveal “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious
or philosophical beliefs, or belonging trade union, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data
relating to health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person “. These categories of data can be processed only with your free and explicit
consent, expressed in writing at the bottom of this information.
Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling
The Data Controller does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU
Regulation no. 679/2016.

6. Rights of the interested party

At any time, in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and articles from 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:

a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or the categories of recipients to whom the personal data
have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the storage period;
c) obtain the correction and deletion of data;
d) obtain the treatment limitation;
e) obtain the portability of the data, that is, receive it from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit it
to another data controller without hindrance;
f) object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to physical persons, including profiling.
h) ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or delete them or limit the processing that concerns them or to oppose their treatment, in addition to
the right to data portability;
